Deposit:

- Wash and dry your hands carefully.
- Put the lens on the tip of the index finger and make sure it has a natural "bowl-like" shape.
- Hold the upper lid open with your second index finger while keeping the lower lid open with your middle finger. Look straight at your eye in the mirror while slowly and carefully placing the lens against your eye.
- Gently lower your eyelids and blink a few times.
- You can massage the eyelid to center the lens.
- When you are sure it fits correctly, repeat the procedure with the other eye.

Remove lenses

- Wash and dry your hands thoroughly.
– Look up and hold down the lower eyelid
- Slowly and carefully use a finger to pull the lens down to the white of the eye.
- Gently pinch the eye, but be careful not to squeeze too hard. Repeat with the other eye.
