With the postal shipping you will have your package delivered to your mailbox. If the package does not fit, it will be sent to an agent. However, if the package is left at the door/outside the mailbox, we will not be responsible for the shipment.
This option can be changed to Postnord, DHL and delivery agent if the item is too large. -

We ensure that your package is processed and sent to you within 1 day with the fastest delivery method. Please note that this cost will not be refunded when returning.
Returns & Exchanges
As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of return and open purchase at Shock.se, we follow the Distance Selling Act. Always send with original packaging and any brand tags and preferably use the same bag that you received the goods in.
You will find the return form in your order. Fill out the return form carefully, write what and what size you want to exchange for, if you have several choices you can exchange for (size, color, product) write this in numerical order, and put the return form together with what you want to return/exchange. Always save your delivery receipt until we have registered the return. If you do not have a return form, please contact us.
When returning, you will pay for the actual return cost yourself, which means that it may cost more than 69 SEK, as it depends on the weight and shipping method you choose to return the item to us. Send your return as a package and not a letter so that it reaches a representative.
We do not pay for the shipping and if the item has been sent to you free of charge, we will charge you 69 SEK for shipping. For shipments weighing 2 kg or more, a fee of 89 SEK will be charged. We will also charge you for the shipping of 69/89 SEK if you return goods so that your total purchase amount is less than 999 SEK.
When exchanging, you pay for the actual return cost to us, which means that it may cost more than 69 SEK, as it depends on the weight and shipping method you choose to return the item to us. We will cover the shipping back to you. However, if the exchange item is also returned, 69 SEK will be charged for shipping. Send your exchange as a package and not a letter so that it reaches a representative.
Your exchange will take approx. 5 days to process once it has been received by us.
This applies as long as the original item is returned to us intact within 14 days. The bag in which the clothes were sent must be returned intact, the same applies to the shoe box. If the original packaging is missing, a 10% deduction will be made. Exchanges in addition to the first exchange may be placed as a new order.
If your desired exchange is not in stock, it will be processed as a return.
If you want to exchange for an item that costs more, we will make a return and you can place a new order.
Underwear (panties and bras) cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. This also applies to makeup, hair dye, earrings, tights, socks and masks. If these products are returned, we will charge you 200 SEK or not make a refund if the value is less than this amount.
Hair dye cannot be returned or complained about because you did not receive the shade you wanted and we do not have returns or exchanges on ordered items.
Complaints
When complaining about a defective item, always contact customer service directly. Include in detail in the text what is wrong with the item and pictures.
Changing the name costs 250 SEK which is invoiced to the customer.
We offer return postage for complaints within Sweden.

When we receive the complaint, we will let you know if it is approved, your product will first be repaired and sent back to you. This process usually takes approx. 1 month. If it cannot be repaired, you will receive a new product or an equivalent one.

International delivery
At Shock, we deliver worldwide together with DHL and Postnord*. The shipping cost differs depending on which zone you want the package delivered to. For most countries, we offer an economy option (7-10 days) and an express option (2-5 days). Any additional costs and customs duties are not covered by Shock, but are charged to the customer. DHL delivers the package directly to your door. See below what applies to your country:
If you want to make a return, exchange or complaint outside of Sweden, you will be responsible for the cost yourself.
